They are responsible for ensuring the project or programme implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives by exercising control over personnel responsible for the project or programme. The individual will direct and coordinates personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of the project or programme.
